Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?
Nope! While my personal faith shapes my perspective, I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds—or none at all. I received spiritually-integrated clinical training, which enables me to work with you whether you are a Christian, come from a different faith background, or have no religious beliefs at all. My approach is always tailored to what best supports your individual needs.

Do you offer virtual sessions AND in-person?
I provide both online virtual therapy and in-person therapy, or walk and talk therapy, depending on what works best for you. Each option has its own benefits, and I’m flexible in meeting your needs.
-
How long will I need to be in therapy?
The length of therapy varies based on your individual goals and circumstances. I generally recommend starting with at least 12 sessions to build momentum. After that, we can reassess your progress and adjust as needed. However, I understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we’ll discuss your needs at the beginning and throughout our work together.
-
What age groups do you work with?
I work with anyone 18 or older. If you are seeking therapy for a minor, I am happy to share referrals to wonderful colleagues.

I want to work with you but I don't know if I can afford it.
Whether you're seeking clinical, consulting, or wellness services, I believe in making mental health wellness accessible to everyone. Please reach out and we can discuss your needs and determine a rate that works within your budget while still allowing you to benefit from our services. Please keep in mind, financial accommodations may result in limited sessions or services.

This is a frequently asked question?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
